Tasks & responsibilities - General Ledger Control – the General Ledger Trial Balance is accurate including understanding what the numbers mean and that they make sense.
- Financial Accounting – the month end accounting cycle is completed in an accurate and timely manner in accordance with the month end timetable.
- Management Reporting – ensure that all reporting (both financial and operational), including Metrics required is performed monthly and as required, an in an accurate and timely manner.
- Budgeting and Forecasting (Profit & Loss and Cash Flow) – ensure completed accurately and in accordance with the agreed timetable and the monthly rolling forecasting for inclusion in the monthly Management Reports.
- BAS – ensure completion of the monthly / quarterly BAS accurately and lodgement with the ATO monthly / quarterly as per ATO due dates.
- Taxation and Insurance – assistance with the Taxation and Insurance requirements for the group.
- Payroll – completed in a timely and accurate manner, is checked and the payroll and related on costs are paid on time and all reconciliations and returns are lodged on time.
- Accounts Payable – ensure supplier invoices are entered accurately and payments are made on time in accordance with contractual arrangements.
- Accounts Receivable – ensure invoices are produced and issued on a monthly basis when required, receipted with urgency in accordance with contractual arrangements as appropriate.
- IMS SOPs – ensure all financial related SOPs and internal controls are in place and are followed in all instances. Any non-compliance is corrected with urgency.

Apply directly via seek. — Auto Electrician Key Responsibilities: • Undertake diagnosis and electrical repairs on various vehicles and caravans • Repair parts and equipment when needed • Order for parts and equipment as necessary • Liaise with agents and manufacturers on problems in order to achieve an efficient repair • Complete all documentation and receipts, including inspection sheets, and applies signatures as appropriate • Diagnose 12-volt electrical problems, identify repairs required and advice the workshop manager • Apply safety measures when operating on machines or equipment that contains high voltage. • Fitting 12-volt accessories to vehicles and caravans • Contact customers before handover to establish their vehicle electrical requirements • Consistently role model the company values to actively contribute to the culture and Employee Engagement • Strictly comply with all company policies and procedures • Document management aligned to the Integrated Management System Other Responsibilities: • Execute own Development Plan including attendance at TAFE courses for learning as required • Assist at Shows if required • General tasks allocated by Workshop Manager • Maintain a professional, tidy and safe work environment Required Experience & Qualifications:• Trade Qualified with Automotive experience • Excellent Problem solver • Strong communication skills • Diligent, organised and professional Yard and Show Detailer (Full time and casual positions available) Key Responsibilities:• Clean and detail caravans • Complete pre-delivery detailing checklist on new and used caravans in a thorough and timely manner • Complete pre-delivery paperwork promptly and correctly to allow accurate costing to complete • Consistently role model the company values to actively contribute to the culture and Employee Engagement • Strictly comply with all company policies and procedures • Stock up caravans • Ensure that caravans are dressed to a high standard and replace bedding and accessories as required. • Clean stock caravans daily Other Responsibilities:• Ensure all caravans are clean and tidy at the beginning of each show day • Clean and tidy caravans throughout the show days • Ensure all caravans are clean and tidy at the end of each show day • Any other duties as directed by the Show Manager. • General tasks allocated by Workshop Operations Manager • Maintain a professional, tidy and safe work environment Required Experience & Qualifications:• Experience in the Caravan/Automotive industry highly desirable • Experience in roles requiring a high level of professionalism, teamwork and attention to detail |
